VEX Eyewear provides limited-edition sunglasses designed in Australia.

2. Products
All VEX Eyewear products are released in limited quantities.
Once a product is sold out, it will not be restocked.
We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately, however slight variations may occur due to screen settings.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
VEX Eyewear reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
4. Shipping (Australia Only)
VEX Eyewear currently ships within Australia only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Orders are processed within [insert timeframe, e.g. 1–3 business days] and shipped via standard tracked delivery.
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location and carrier delays.
Once an order has been dispatched, VEX Eyewear is not responsible for shipping delays outside our control.
5. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if an item becomes unavailable or if an error has occurred in pricing or product information.
If this happens, a full refund will be issued.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for faulty or damaged products in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection by the customer
- General wear and tear
Approved returns must be sent back unused and in original packaging.
7. Warranty & Consumer Rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
